The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was sensational. Booked a cottage with a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating.

the hotel was impressive and stunningly beautiful, i enjoyed it, especially mountains view. the food was appetising, the rooms were attractive and gorgeous. the location was stunning and great, just a short stroll away from planet hollywood resort & casino. moreover, it was 5 minutes on foot from the downtown.

Spa information on website is misleading as we assumed Spa was in the hotel and would be open for the weekend. Not only was it a 5 minute walk away down a hilly street - it was closed from saturday 2 pm to monday am!

The restaurant. The menu was just a bit weird, the food not particularly good, and the prices exhorbitant even for a hotel in a luxury hotel. Fortunately, there are several other restaurants in the little town that are quite good, and within walking distance.
